Thus the heavens and the
earth were finished, and all the
host of them. And on the seventh day
God ended his work which he had
made; and he rested on the seventh
day from all his work which he had
made. And God blessed the
seventh day, and sanctified it:
because that in it he had rested
from all his work which God
created and made. These are the
generations of the heavens and of
the earth when they were created,
in the day that the LORD God made
the earth and the heavens, And the LORD God formed
man of the dust of the ground, and
breathed into his nostrils the
breath of life; and man became a
living soul.
(Genesis 2:1-4,7)
But ask now the beasts,
and they shall teach thee; and the
fowls of the air, and they shall
tell thee: Or speak to the earth,
and it shall teach thee: and the
fishes of the sea shall declare
unto thee. Who knoweth not in all
these that the hand of the LORD
hath wrought this? In whose hand is the
soul of every living thing, and
the breath of all mankind. Doth not the ear try
words? and the mouth taste his
meat?
(Job 12:7-11)
Where wast thou when I
laid the foundations of the earth?
declare, if thou hast
understanding. When the morning stars
sang together, and all the sons of
God shouted for joy? Or who shut up the sea
with doors, when it brake forth,
as if it had issued out of the
womb? When I made the cloud
the garment thereof, and thick
darkness a swaddlingband for it, And brake up for it my
decreed place, and set bars and
doors, Who hath put wisdom in
the inward parts? or who hath
given understanding to the heart?
(Job 38:4,7,-10,36)
O LORD
our
Lord,
how
excellent
is thy
name
in all
the
earth!
who
hast
set
thy
glory
above
the
heavens.
Out of
the
mouth
of
babes
and
sucklings
hast
thou
ordained
strength
because
of
thine
enemies,
that
thou
mightest
still
the
enemy
and
the
avenger.
When I
consider
thy
heavens,
the
work
of thy
fingers,
the
moon
and
the
stars,
which
thou
hast
ordained;
What
is
man,
that
thou
art
mindful
of
him?
and
the
son of
man,
that
thou
visitest
him?
For
thou
hast
made
him a
little
lower
than
the
angels,
and
hast
crowned
him
with
glory
and
honour.
Thou
madest
him to
have
dominion
over
the
works
of thy
hands;
thou
hast
put
all
things
under
his
feet:
All
sheep
and
oxen,
yea,
and
the
beasts
of the
field;
The
fowl
of the
air,
and
the
fish
of the
sea,
and
whatsoever
passeth
through
the
paths
of the
seas.
O LORD
our
Lord,
how
excellent
is thy
name
in all
the
earth!
(Psalm 8:1-9)
By the word of the LORD
were the heavens made; and all the
host of them by the breath of his
mouth. He gathereth the waters
of the sea together as an heap: he
layeth up the depth in
storehouses. For he spake, and it was
done; he commanded, and it stood
fast. He fashioneth their
hearts alike; he considereth all
their works.
(Psalm 33:6,7,9,15)
All nations whom thou
hast made shall come and worship
before thee, O Lord; and shall
glorify thy name.
(Psalm 86:9)
He that planted the ear,
shall he not hear? he that formed
the eye, shall he not see?
(Psalm 94:9)
In his hand are the deep
places of the earth: the strength
of the hills is his also. The sea is his, and he
made it: and his hands formed the
dry land. O come, let us worship
and bow down: let us kneel before
the LORD our maker.
(Psalm 95:4-6)
Know ye that the LORD he
is God: it is he that hath made
us, and not we ourselves; we are
his people, and the sheep of his
pasture.
(Psalm 100:3)
Of old hast thou laid
the foundation of the earth: and
the heavens are the work of thy
hands.
(Psalm 102:25)
Who coverest thyself
with light as with a garment: who
stretchest out the heavens like a
curtain: Who layeth the beams of
his chambers in the waters: who
maketh the clouds his chariot: who
walketh upon the wings of the
wind: Who laid the foundations
of the earth, that it should not
be removed for ever. Thou coveredst it with
the deep as with a garment: the
waters stood above the mountains. O LORD, how manifold
are thy works! in wisdom hast thou
made them all: the earth is full
of thy riches. Thou sendest forth thy
spirit, they are created: and thou
renewest the face of the earth.
(Psalm 104:2,3,5,6,24,30)
To him that by wisdom
made the heavens: for his mercy
endureth for ever. To him that stretched
out the earth above the waters:
for his mercy endureth for ever. To him that made great
lights: for his mercy endureth for
ever: The sun to rule by day:
for his mercy endureth for ever: The moon and stars to
rule by night: for his mercy
endureth for ever.
(Psalm 136:5-9)
Which made heaven, and
earth, the sea, and all that
therein is: which keepeth truth
for ever:
(Psalm 146:6)
Let them praise the name
of the LORD: for he commanded, and
they were created. He hath also stablished
them for ever and ever: he hath
made a decree which shall not
pass.
(Psalm 148:5,6)
The LORD by wisdom hath
founded the earth; by
understanding hath he established
the heavens.
(Proverbs 3:19)
The LORD hath made all
things for himself: yea, even the
wicked for the day of evil.
(Proverbs 16:4)
The rich and poor meet
together: the LORD is the maker of
them all.
(Proverbs 22:2)
The great God that
formed all things both rewardeth
the fool, and rewardeth
transgressors.
(Proverbs 26:10)
Who hath ascended up
into heaven, or descended? who
hath gathered the wind in his
fists? who hath bound the waters
in a garment? who hath established
all the ends of the earth? what is
his name, and what is his son's
name, if thou canst tell?
(Proverbs 30:4)
He hath made every
thing beautiful in his time: also
he hath set the world in their
heart, so that no man can find out
the work that God maketh from the
beginning to the end.
(Ecclesiastes 3:11)
Lo, this only have I
found, that God hath made man
upright; but they have sought out
many inventions.
(Ecclesiastes 7:29)
As thou knowest not what
is the way of the spirit, nor how
the bones do grow in the womb of
her that is with child: even so
thou knowest not the works of God
who maketh all.
(Ecclesiastes 11:5)
Remember now thy Creator
in the days of thy youth, while
the evil days come not, nor the
years draw nigh, when thou shalt
say, I have no pleasure in them;
(Ecclesiastes 12:1)
Who hath measured the
waters in the hollow of his hand,
and meted out heaven with the
span, and comprehended the dust of
the earth in a measure, and
weighed the mountains in scales,
and the hills in a balance? Lift up your eyes on
high, and behold who hath created
these things, that bringeth out
their host by number: he calleth
them all by names by the greatness
of his might, for that he is
strong in power; not one faileth. Hast thou not known?
hast thou not heard, that the
everlasting God, the LORD, the
Creator of the ends of the earth,
fainteth not, neither is weary?
there is no searching of his
understanding.
(Isaiah 40:12,26,28)
Thus saith God the LORD,
he that created the heavens, and
stretched them out; he that spread
forth the earth, and that which
cometh out of it; he that giveth
breath unto the people upon it,
and spirit to them that walk
therein:
(Isaiah 42:5)
But now, O LORD, thou
art our father; we are the clay,
and thou our potter; and we all
are the work of thy hand.
(Isaiah 64:8)

be the name of God for ever and
ever: for wisdom and might are
his:
(Daniel 2:20)
For with God nothing shall be
impossible.

Hath not my hand made
all these things?
(Acts 7:50)
And being fully persuaded that,
what he had promised, he was able
also to perform.
(Romans 4:21)
But as it is written, Eye hath not
seen, nor ear heard, neither have
entered into the heart of man, the
things which God hath prepared for
them that love him.

And God hath both raised up the
Lord, and will also raise up us by
his own power.
(1 Corinthians 6:14)
God, who at sundry times
and in divers manners spake in
time past unto the fathers by the
prophets, Hath in these last days
spoken unto us by his Son, whom he
hath appointed heir of all things,
by whom also he made the worlds;
(Hebrews 1:1,2)
For it became him, for
whom are all things, and by whom
are all things, in bringing many
sons unto glory, to make the
captain of their salvation perfect
through sufferings.
(Hebrews 2:10)
Thou art worthy, O Lord, to
receive glory and honour and
power: for thou hast created all
things, and for thy pleasure they
are and were created.
(Revelation 4:11)
